So I just flew in from Chicago last night. Out of all things I broke my nail when I got off my flight. It was already midnight. My first stop was a nail shop the next morning. First place that came up was Impressions and they open early. Any who I went in and the ladies in the front greeted me and directed me to the back. When I got back there it was no wait 💃🏾👌🏾🙏🏾I set right down. I seen Ericka (hope I spelled it right) she fixed my French tip and did a great job. Her and her colleague Tiffany were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to be around. Tiffany went above and beyond to tell me some things to check out in New York. She even guessed I was a teacher lol. Any who! Great place of business. If you in New York and need your nails done. Go see Tiffany and Ericka. They won’t disappoint!! Thanks ladies….

I went into the salon with healthy, curly hair and following the service at my first wash, my curls are completely destroyed. Years of maintaining a healthy mane of hair down the drain. If you have a love for your naturally textured hair this is not the salon for you. They do not detangle your hair correctly, and may even put chemicals in their conditioner which will cause dryness, hair loss, and damage the elasticity of the natural hair structure. I’ve done my hair numerous times with heated tools and have never experienced heat damage with proper care. I am enraged!

I had an amazing experience at Impression Beauty Salon the owner Jami she did an excellent job on my hair and truly exceeded my expectations. Jami was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. My hair looks and feels beautiful, and I received so many compliments. The salon atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the customer service was outstanding. Eye brows with the stylist was outstanding.I highly recommend Jami & her team to anyone looking for quality hair care and exceptional service. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Great service!! I've been coming here for years and just recently started to get my nails done. (Erica is the best nail tech!) All the stylist are very nice and accommodating. You won't regret it!!

Very nice work, clean , neat , 100% satisfaction. My hair was badly damaged but they performed a miracle lol will definitely be returning. Lovely ladies ❤️
